The ASEAN Infrastructure Fund will change things and has a leadership in the whole world: many countries talk development and regional help... that´s fine.. but you must have a compass to be able to project a plan on time... ASEAN is doing iT!

I am also happy for all the nations involved... all of them deserve an "all talk, all do" energetic plan to translate problems into solutions, crisis into opportunities, and isolation into integration

Except for Singapore, we are talking about very poor and 2 nd world countries, maybe a big potential is there to improve but what are these countries going to trade amongst each other??
