They are still allowing food import from the rest of Japan beside Fukushima and there are others prefecture beside Fukushima right. Why keep pushing other countries to take food from troubling region?

Really it is up to Japan to prove that food from the effected area is safe before Taiwan, and any other trading partner lifts any restrictions.
Nothing to do with "hating" Japan. It's to do with hating food with could possibly be contaminated.

Consuming possibly radioactive food seems to be a very good reason to have the present import ban-it is not as if Japan has not exported radioactive goods in the past is it???

WTO has ruled that ban on Fukushima area food is kosher.
Don't lift the ban.
