it's the law.... well that's alright then.
and who 'makes' the law?
ah!

Have the Japanese courts ever ruled in favor of the people versus JGov/Japan Inc. ?
The LDP is not forcing us to offer condolences but sure is demanding we pay for others to do so.
I would rather be forced to mime grief and keep the money.

you ain’t gots to mourn, but you darn well gots to pay!

So the LDP appointed court approves wasting tax payer money on a proven corrupt ex-politicians funeral service. No surprise there.

The legal argument seems forced and it was expected for the request to be denied, but it is a clear sign that a lot of people are against using public funds for the funeral. Kishida seems fixed on making the citizens pay for it with their taxes (maybe because of how it would bee seen overseas if the LDP had to pay it) but it is going to cost him dearly in political funds.

cool, its only state money. Thought judge "wopner" was gonna go into pocket for a sec.
But he's just a Judge. taking Orders in the Court from a backroom pin stripe.
Isnt it just like at Mc'Dees?

The court is one of its own government, we are brothers, how can I reject his funeral !.

And where did the government get the funding from ?
The unification church ?
And how can there be another funeral anyway ?
