Selling the land would, I suppose, make public the true state of affairs about how poisoned the land actually is. And they don't want that.

Delay delay.... the old site is also toxic... while she had good intentions she doesn't make up her mind, nothing happens and it costs tax payers so much cash.... make a choice on something please!

Let's remember that no matter what happens, during this delay lots of rich people are making even more money. That's why this farce is taking so long. If they were actually losing money, it would be solved this week.

I think we should not transfer to Toyosu. Toyosu is not safe to deal fish.

She is stuck with new and old site but she will figure how to utilize old site. Olympic is coming. Maybe some investers will create new hotels.
