Japan is considering a bilateral agreement that would lower tariffs on U.S. agriculture imports

How very nice of Japan. They will lower tariffs. I think that free trade would really mean removing tariffs.

Probably found out as Canada has, that the USA under Trump is completely nuts and want unreasonable concessions. I doubt an agreement occurs, and if it does not without major losses to Japan. Don't do it!

You can lower tariffs but buying US agricultural products is another thing ..
