U.S. agrees with Japan to accelerate talks on trade issues

U.S. concerns about Japan's recent decision to raise tariffs on imports of U.S. frozen beef, well the surge/dumping limit of US beef into the Japanese market was clearly set at 17% on year/year basis, if the US exceeded that limit then they clearly ignored it or didn't monitor their exports correctly. If they kept it below this threshold then nothing would have changed.
