EU-Japan trade deal clears hurdle on way to 2019 start

Was it 30 percent on EU cheese?! What purpose ever this served? Japanese cheese is the crappiest I've ever had, I really doubth anyone ever considered it a competition to even the normal EU cheeses, never mind the high-end brands. Protected by this tarrif, the Japanese makers never felt complied to increase the quality of their own product, and continued making the same crap for decades...
