The virus is spreading rapidly in India now, and is essentially out of control, with multiple mutations all over the country. Up to 30% of people tested in Delhi are coming up positive. Deaths are beginning of sky to skyrocket. There is little testing going on and almost no social distancing. This after the Indian government had recently boasted they had beat the virus.

Replace India and Indian with Japan and Japanese and that is essentially the situation here in Japan.
