Japan, U.S. to meet again on trade in Sept

Trump will not return to the TPP simply because Obama was associated with it.

Japan will never remove tariffs on "sensitive" markets because the LDP needs the JA vote.

Please do something

US: let's talk about free trade.

Japan: We love free trade as long as you are not talking about produce, metals, computers, cars, beverages or electronics.

I hope the agreement works out. I am tired of eating the same thing for breakfast everyday. It would be nice to have more variety of food items from home!

They need to find something other than cars to talk about. Even most Americans don’t want American cars!
