Cabinet OKs ¥4.47 tril disaster-focused extra budget

The extra budget is needed because of the increase in the consumption tax but the extra debt will require another increase in the consumption tax which will require another extra budget which will increase debt which will require another tax increase.............ad nauseam

I believe all countries have been affected by the trade war between China and U.S., some of this measures are necessary to stimulate the economy. S. Korea is doing the same for their economy.
