However Japan's GDP won't be double for the next 10 years, it just in constant decline.

Japan contracted less than than forecast and is expected to resume growth.
Japan's Q3 GDP revised up to 0.8%

More likely other nations will be contributing foreign aid to Japan if their government keeps raising taxes and spending all its citizen's money

Usual expensive tax-money based useless Banzai-posturing by the J-gov while things look increasingly bleaker in the country...

Yep, just print more money for this too.

It really seems like the J-gov is all about doubling its expenses (foreign aid, defense, etc). Does it maybe mean that they are expecting the GDP to double as well?
If so, they may feel very lonely in their fringe belief.
What is much more likely is that taxes will need to double as well in order to finance all that nonsense...

Doubling tax rates generally will result in less revenues, as it will discourage economic activity in Japan.
Japan needs growth to grow revenues, so first Japan needs pro-growth policy.
All special privilege must end.
