Same page of the Doomsday Book.

Does U.S. truly care about North Korea? The same question about Japan and South Korea. Is it necessary for U.S. to keep U.S. Forces in South Korea and in Japan?

How is he going to make sure it doesn’t happen again? Accidents happen.

How can you have unconditional talks and then mention talks without precondition?

on same page = we don't like them

Nippon Kaigi badge, gold watch, grumpy face. One of the team. Of course Japan agrees, follows the USA. So how do you resolve the abduction issue with no dialogue? Wasn't that a pre election promise? Again? Being the bigger person and engaging not in their lexicon. How can anything be resolved without at least trying communication. I know that the chances of improvement are pretty low but an effort should be made before war.

Considering his boss, on which page Tillerson is hardly seems to matter.

Why don't you ask whether why Japan and South Korea are concerned about North Korea and why they request the U.S., in accordance with defense treaties, to keep U.S. Forces in their countries? So long as the their governments want U.S. protection against North Korea (and Russia and China) then the U.S. will keep their forces there.

What makes you think North Korea, now armed with nuclear weapons, won't invade South Korea again after U.S. Forces are withdrawn? They made the first provocation in 1950 when they invaded South Korea. The main reason for the standoff between South Korea and North Korea is because of U.S. military presence. And lastly, ask yourself whether the South Korean people wants to live under a DPRK regime.

What's wrong with the U.S. looking after their strategic interests?  Russia and China looks after their strategic interests abroad. Are you implying it's okay for the communists to act in their self-interest, but not okay for the "capitalists"?
