Should be held on the sidelines of a major US arms fair.

South Korea and Japan need to work out issues from the past so they can co-operate on issues of the present and future that are of greater concern to both. The past can not be changed but the future is not yet written. They need to ensure that what does get written in the future is positive for both. That can only happen with good channels of communication and constant work.

Japan and South Korea need to work on their relationship 1 on 1.

America is the excuse SKorea has been waiting for to receive more apologies, more compensation, more of the same old strategy to accept an agreement today, and complain tomorrow.

South Korea has received compensation multiple times. Which they accepted.

South Korea received over 50 apologies by dozens of Japanese PM, including Emperor. Which they accepted.

South Korea illegally occupied Takeshima in 1954. What does Japan do? Pay compensation in 1965, and add Korea to white list of best friends.

South Korea is the most Anti-Japan country on planet Earth. Trying to change the name of Japan Sea. Getting closer to China and N Korea. Building comfort women Ststues around the world. They are winning against Japan! Been doing it for decades now.

South Korea not part of Quad Alliance to balance China. They have to think about their country first. Have to think about Korea first.

South Korea is the most Anti-Japan country on planet Earth.

No. China is. China raises hatred of Japan to a matter of loyalty and patriotism. They don't want an apology. The Chinese want revenge. Half my family is Chinese so I know of what I speak.

South Korea received over 50 apologies by dozens of Japanese PM, including Emperor. Which they accepted.

The problem for Japan is their apologies are always half hearted, issued in highly couched language making them appear insincere. and then one of Japan's far right politicians says something inflammatory that in the minds of the world confirms Japanese insincerity. If Japan wants their atonement to appear sincere they need to follow Germany's model. No Japanese apology has been spoken directly from the heart. Apologizing for the sorts of barbarities Japan visited on its WWII enemies is no place for reserved diplomatic language that gingerly avoids taking blame. Japan doesn't understand this. Germany does.
