Ban chips to China. Offer subsidies for domestic entities. Coerce allies’ to ban chip exports to China. Ease up on ban for Qualcomm and Nvidia. Pull the rug out from your competitors. Take over Taiwan, Japan and Norma’s market share in China. This is out of the little US playbook in the past with Japan and now with China.

It’s better to be the US’s enemy than friend. You become independent and self-sufficient or dependent and get your technology “stolen” through transfer of technology agreements.

US companies love to sign technology transfer agreements with China.
