"Cooperate on NK", that's legal code for what exactly?

One can assume MANY counties find above highly inappropriate intrusion upon their independent sovereignty.

Any surprise so many don't support US/NATO/G-7 etc.

How many such counties say something similar about "cooperation" regarding US after all.

Hypocrisy or Legal, depends upon POWER!

So so, the US writes the rules of the so called rules based international world order and anybody else has to comply. I guess the majority of the world is not interested.
