How about removing sanctions and accepting the weirdo? Then he has nothing to be so paranoid about and NK citizens can eat a proper meal?

@Abey...

I know its difficult to get off your PRC sponsored script but lets go one by one.

-I don't get it. Why would Abe ask China's help in resolving NKorea problems?

Because China is the main trade partner and is in a defense agreement with NK, they are the only reason NK still exists.

-Does Japan stated that China is a threat ?

China is clearly being aggressive territorially in the region, building up military and making up islands in the middle of no-where.

Why would Abe add the pressure to China, instead of NKorea ?

See first answer, China is the main supporter of NK.

-Is Abe going to compensate for Chinese loss ?

The NK trade is insignificant in China's trade.

-I don't get it. Why would Abe transfer weapons and military aids to South China Sea when China is resolving problems there peacefully ?

Strong arming, military build up and bold, and incorrect claims are perhaps not violent but certainly not peaceful.

Why would Abe invoke article 5 in Senkaku, instead of talk peacefully with China ?

There are territorial issues in various places, with Korea and Russia that may need some looking at.. However Senkaku is not one of them. Japan has those move on (just as I think Japan should with the Korean issue)

-I don't get it. Why would Abe waste his 5 years in office for not have even one summit ?

So Japan is responsible for the entire international communities efforts to get NK to change its path? It doesn't make any sense, besides which aid, food and trade opportunities have been offered numerous times and NK just continues on its path..

-Why would Abe refuse to visit China to bring Japanese 3000 years tradition friendship to China and apologize for what his grandfather did to Chinese ?

There are plans in place for this to happen in 2018, as far as apologizing, look I think Japan could be more contrite in their discussions and opinions but this has nothing to do with the current crisis. Japan lost, it is still more or less occupied, for better or worse, Japan is no threat to China, South Korea, Russia or anyone else. The same can't be said for China.

China could solve this situation in literally 5 mins, simply they state if there will dissolve their collective defense agreement with NK if they test anymore missiles or nuclear weapons and will not stand in the way of military action should NK continue this would all stop instantly. NK, if they behave could trade and grow their economy.. Issue is the dictator in NK doesn't want their people to know the world so they will remain isolated and suffering.

OK focusing on the DPRK has not worked, how about trying China and Russia.

Moon needs to decide whether South Korea is a country that stands by it's international agreements. Or just backtracks on anything. The argument that "The majority of the population don't approve" doesn't negate agreements that the government signs.

There's a lot you don't get. In 2003 when NKorea walked out of negotiations China stopped providing them oil. NKorea returned to the table in THREE days. Today China suplies 90% of NKorea's energy needs and could stop their Nuclear and missile program in a heartbeat. IF they wanted to but they won't.

NKorea has nuclear weapons and missile technology today because China provided them to Pakistan who in turn provided them to NKorea. China is the last country to talk about transferring weapons.

I don't get it, why do you insist china is peaceful. Both you and they clearly do not understand the meaning of peaceful.

But 25 years of sanctions hasn't seen a war start......

I wonder who in these meetings goes: wow, that sounds like an awesome idea, let's do it!. ?

Or, is it possible that the outcome of the meeting was decided beforehand?

NK will soon be a nuclear country and the international community a proven to the world once again that they cannot stop any country from acquiring nuclear weapons, they can only slow the process down.

community has proven (sorry)

ha, over the last 25 years more sanctions has yielded nothing except a stronger equipped and trained NK.  The longer the wait the worse the consequences will be for everyone.  If sanctions of this magnitude really 25 yrs, why weren't they or hadn't they been implanted a long long time ago before things escalated to this level.  SK needs to take the lead one by firing Moon, outright who is much like Obama and weakens SK which threatens Japan, and secondly it needs to step it up and finish this war outright as NK has made it plain clear that sanctions mean nothing to it or its people as Iran, Libya etc are not part of the dealings of the US and hence can receive assistance from them via Russian or China indirectly.  Meanwhile NK will continue to get stronger and develop more weapons of  mass destruction.
