China with its continuous and escalating military threats is anything but a good neighbour. Kishida has no business in discussing anything with them - China has clearly made it clear the time for discussion is now past.

Based on what Xi just said at the Commemorative Meeting Marking the 110th Anniversary of the Revolution of 1911, I take back everything I said earlier about hope. I'm truly sad to have to finally say this, but he leaves me with no alternative: this guy cannot be trusted.
