More arsenals being bought using Japan's tax payer money more gratitude, that make sense.

These Patriots are either going directly to Ukraine or the replace US missiles going to Ukraine.

They didn't. Because they don't need to.
The constitution only forbids exporting weapons to countries at war. The US isn't at war with anyone.
OssanAmerica
Read the constition first before posting. There is nothing in it that prohibits exporting weapons.

It's an arms sale, so they quite literally don't have to pay for it.

In the last two years the global balance of power has shifted towards despotism, autocracy, political totalitarian.
The cost to the world democratic economies will present a harsh realism.
In the latest move, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida's government on Friday eased its postwar ban on lethal weapons exports, a move seen as a major break from Japan's postwar self-defense-only principle. It also approved a 16.5% increase in defense spending next year to a record 7.95 trillion-yen ($56 billion) with a focus on missile strike and defense capabilities.
The people of Japan, taxpayers have a choice, support change, the cost of defending oneself must be balanced with the economic need to fully integrate it weapons export manufacturing capacity into its export market.
I cannot imagine, at least 24 months ago, a scenario where the governments of Russia, China, North Korea would threaten another war.
However, their is little doubt such a threat exists, a clear response is required to counter a clear deterioration of trust,
Patriot missile sale to U.S must proceed, make sure the economic return reflects Japan support and commitment.

Spend the money in social services to stop all these beastly murders and stuff, rather than buying more military stuff.
The world has gone mad, people go hungry and suffering in countries that spend ridiculous amounts on the military.

"reform and modernization" he thanks is nothing but constitutional violation and ignoring democratic process.

Please go give your speech in Russia, China, NKorea, Iran, etc so that we don't have to.

Putin to Ukraine and Japan: "Defending yourselves against Russian aggression will be considered a provocation!"

Surely you are joking.
Why do you think they need to buy Japanese patriot missiles then?

@ossan
ok it is not in the constitution but it is Japanese law. From wiki:
The US is involved in three international conflicts right now.

Not based on the number of US casualties.
To support Ukraine. Is that so bad?

Japan first helps Hitler's Germany (1936-1945), supports the United States in the dispute between China and Taiwan, helps Ukraine and Israel with weapons, and then is offended by China for not buying fish from Japan, offended by Russia for not giving them the islands, offended by Qatar that they will introduce an oil imbargo for Japan. Once again, Japan has placed its bets on the wrong people.
TaiwanIsNotChina
The dictatorship cabal does have a few powerful members. This is not Japan's fault.
