I would bet that most of the people that said coca-cola can't draw the coca-cola logo properly without looking at at. The red cross is the obvious one.

It's of course the svastika, being present and used in public for centuries in history, also due to WW2 for decades and still now everywhere used or shown globally 24/7 in school books, newspapers, TV documentaries etc. If you like it or not doesn't play a role, but that's by far the world's most recognizable logo. Not even the Latin letter A or a daily used number like '1' has such a globally wide recognition level.
I don't think that any others really comes close, with the possible exception of Islam's Star and Crescent, Christianity's Cross, and the Hindu symbol Om.
My money is on the Coca-Cola logo. I can speak for someone in a less-developed country where if you go 10 kilometers from a major city, the landscape turns to jungle and not so developed and remote communities. You will always find a store that sells coke, even if you're in the middle of nowhere. My second one would be the golden arches of McDonald's but those fastfood chains tend to only frequent major cities. That famous cola brand is just everywhere.
Sadly, I think it’s that teeth and gut-rotting drink.

And it’s for this reason I think so. It is the equivalent of finding someone wearing a Manchester United shirt somewhere in the Amazon jungle.
A survey of 7000 people across six countries 20 years ago by Sponsorship Research International found that more people recognized the golden arches symbol (88%) than the Christian cross (54%)
There are Ritz Crackers and Dairy Queen, too. Those are logos, I tell ya. Between the two, I'd choose Ritz. You know it's Ritz before you even hit the crackers section in the store.
Red Cross is so ubiquitous it is displayed in wartime to identify it to enemy forces...thru wars over the last one hundred years at least. There is probably no one on earth save the some native tribes that do not recognize the red cross immediately.
The Caduceus, its the symbol of a staff and two serpants which is used as a symoble of medicine.
Other two logos I can think that are more famously know are the cross used in Catholic or Christian religions, the star of David, and other religious symbols.

Its not an art test.
Its about what people recognize.
Quo Primum
Coca Cola.
That's because it actually says "Coca Cola" in the logo.

The McDonald's arches.
Although they don't know them in Russia, Russia got themselves cut off from Micky D's.

None of the above.
Anyone that knows one of these logos, I'm willing to bet, will recognize all of them.
Fighto!
Nope. In very large parts of the world, the Red Cross logo simply does not exist. In the Muslim nations, it is a Red Crescent.

I cheated and used Google.... 94% of the world recognize Coca-Cola. Which I suppose makes sense.
