Is this why my Facebook feed is overrun with advertisements for airport workers?

What does "unable to respond to over 30% of requested flights per week" mean?

Cancellations? Inability to operate certain slots? Flights being handled by reduced crews? Handling delays?

And the few human resources at Narita are poorly allocated. The immigration counters for Japanese citizens are overstaffed, as the citizens breeze through in seconds, while everyone else is made to wait forever. How about fewer staff in one section and more in the other?

Pay more to essential workers.

This applies to any sector.

Especially with fewer and fewer Japanese going abroad due to the sinking Yen.

A simple solution would be to offer higher wages. Then, workers would be rushing for those jobs.

Also, loosen immigration rules to fill such jobs. (But, still pay them a decent wage, none of that "trainee program" BS.)
