Presumably they mean posh hot pot dishes like shabu shabu or nabe with snow crab. There is nothing luxurious about mizutaki with hakusai, daikon, 30 yen tofu, and some udon to finish.

fwiw, I doubt there is much risk of people who don't "feel like enjoying luxury" walking through the door by mistake at Isetan.
