Doctors should have to work in provincial areas for a fixed period if they want to become a hospital director or administrator.

Not a bad idea, but if they resent having to work in the 'sticks', one has to wonder the level of care that they will administer.

Probably the only time in their life that they will get any rest, you know. I still feel that these doctors should be paid a bit more as an incentive, and what about an 8 hour work day for these people and for nurses too!!!
