When you're hospitalized for lengthy periods on doctor's orders for "fatigue," and told to stay home instead of going to the office afterward, then something is clearly wrong with you, physically or mentally or both.

As a person who job is to build a career on being able to lie at a prestigious rate, think a truck load of salt might be needed to swallow anything she says.

Or, the fact that you needed to take TWO LENGTHY absences from your position due to "fatigue" in fewer than six months is proof of you're not being very well...

Wait, what??! So anything you recover from is by definition not serious? People do recover from cancer, and I'm pretty sure having cancer qualifies as being seriously ill.

When you are a public figure, paid for by tax payers I would argue a social agreement that full disclosure is appropriate. You want privacy? Don’t become a tax payer employee.
