I understand the governor's message, BUT ALL CHILDREN who are bullied should be afforded the opportunity to use such a service.

Good news on the helpline, but the government can't make people call it.
Similar helplines for kids exist in my area, posters are also displayed at schools, etc.

It is very hard to learn when your mind is in a state of fear/distress = Gov had to step in and do something for the education (and health) of these young students
