four years of education to learn to work in a burger shop?!

@JeffLee - sounds pretty pathetic, doesn't it? But that's at face value. Trainees become franchisees. At least, those who want to. You sow what you reap, in Asian terms. Grow the knowledge, grow the business, grow the wealth.

Working at MOS burger in order to get a foothold in the Vietnamese market is NOT "raising education levels" in that country. In fact, education in Vietname is completely free, and obtainable to all. They have a pretty good system in place. Now, giving people a chance to come over and work and perhaps get more money then they would in their home nation? Great! So long as the company doesn't abuse them like so many do under the Trainee/slave labor system.

This MOS burger sales pitch just doesn't make sense to me. That's like say "come flip burgers at McDonalds full time after graduation and you will be the next Apple CEO."
