Immigration Services Agency chief Shoko Sasaki, but next week he will be moved to the agency overseeing Cow milking or something similar means nothing when the systemic abuse is so intrenched a person died in a wheelchair and the immigration services say she was faking it? Don’t come to Japan if you don’t have to.
