Gender neutral toys are not even 10 years old so no way it could have any impact on adult life.

If nursing or care facilities have difficulties finding staff is related to working condition : crazy hard, 0 respect, peanuts pay, ... one of the reason of that being some time ago, the idea was (and is still for some it seems) natural for women so no need to give them much money for something easy and enjoyable for them).
