Good idea. Explain Montreal's experience. How the 76 games inflicted a massive financial debt on its citizen taxpayers spanning several decades, while the city declined in size and influence from Canada's No. 1 to No. 2 in the games' aftermath.

I hope he explains it to everyone else too. I'm really interested in knowing the necessity. Although, I bet the "necessity" is that construction companies need to give bribes to someone, and he wan't to be one of the someones.
