"Everyone"? What about female worshipers? Is there a separate space for them?

They can pray anywhere. There is no need for a mosque.

Note to religious people...you don't need a church, mosque, temple, etc to pray.

A mosque is all very well as long as it meets with the approval of all Moslems---which is most unlikely and.as happens in other countries it could be set on fire. Militant moslems can be very vindctive.

Where is the money coming from to pay this private entity? Are they charging admission fees?

Nope no sign of separation so it’s male worshipers only.

The full article in the Japan News says, a "Tokyo-based event organizing company and others."  It seems the newspaper, the Yomiuri, chose to withhold info about what and who are behind it.
