This quote is soo wrong in soo many levels.

It is for the police to determine whether the NPO’s activities are illegal or not

Police's work is not to determine nothing.

That's the judiciary's job.

,but if there are any suspicious cases, the ministry will work to gather information.

The ministry's job is to legislate, not to gather information.

That's the police's job.
