Japan-born British novelist Kazuo Ishiguro, the winner of the 2017 Nobel Prize in literature, speaking in London after the prefectural and city governments of Nagasaki conferred honorary citizen awards on him. Ishiguro, who lived in Nagasaki until he was five, said a part of him has never quite left the city.
