quote of the day
Nuclear damage does not disappear. It circulates and stays. Let us wake up, come together, and work on cleaning and healing our planet, instead of further destroying it.

Flute, my comment didn’t reference nuclear weapons.

Yoko Ono on nuclear power? Lol...
She does know "gold-digging", however.

So now only people having knowledge about nuclear physics can express their opinion on nuclear weapon.
Perhaps you ought to read till the end.

So glad someone renowned for their knowledge of nuclear physics is expressing their opinion.
There are problems with the current legacy nuclear power systems, but there are problems with coal, gas and oil not to mention child labour and environmental vandalism associated with rare earths needed for “sustainable” energy sources. There are no perfect solutions but nuclear need not be a hazard if you don’t use technology developed to supply weapons not power. There are nuclear technologies without these problems.
We just have to use what is the best fit with the least down side in the circumstances in respect of all of them.

Point taken about nuclear waste.
On a “Ono sideboard”, Yoko here is playing on words she attributes solely to John. Lennon considered “Come Together” as ‘gobbledygook” - utter ‘nonsense’ at the request of Timothy Leery for ‘a campaign song’ when running against Ronald Reagan for governor of California. - Still, a ‘catchy‘ tune with many ‘trippy’ lyrics but may not be the best to protest issues with Nuclear Power and Arms.
