He was referring to plans to start a project in September with 10 of the nation’s biggest hospitals, including the National Cancer Center and Keio University Hospital in Tokyo, that will offer “value-added services” that aren’t widely available, such as gene diagnosis and regenerative therapies to restore lost or damaged cells and tissues.
