Productivity! What’s that?

Because being seen or present in the office equals productivity in here... It's not about the quality of the end product, it's about making sure you are being seen by your boss.

The previous version of Outlook we used showed how long since people were last at their laptop, and if you hover over someone's name would say "away from computer for two hours". It was probably installed with good intentions, but it clearly became more competitive, so people are clearly going back to their screens multiple times in the evening to show virtual presenteeism.
