Yes the area should be expanded to where radioisotopes from the black rain were found to be measured at all. Because long term exposure to radioisotopes is just as bad as a high exposure dose at one time. The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident sent radioisotopes far and wide for hundreds of miles and the area and the Age of citizens receiving free medical check up should be expanded to hundreds of miles away from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.

PM Abe is questioned by Taro Yamamoto about the act of the nuclear bombing of the innocent citizens living in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the bombing that happened all over Japan by the US in World War 2. As it is against the Hague Convention which was in place at the time to harm innocent civilians.

Ehh... that means the entire world. Once the radioactive clouds from the bombs hit the jetstream, they were carried around the world and can be detected almost everywhere. Your suggestion is a non-starter.
