Yeh Hurry up. A cold does not require notification or hospitalization!

Haha, that’s the way they usually only do it in countries of the other block. We just don’t name and count the problem so it’s not anymore existent.

Great idea, they can add this to unemployment where they only count those registered receiving "hello word" to the poverty list where only those that apply to be officially recognised as living in poverty are counted. And no autopsies so low covid deaths.

Now add counting covid cases and while they are at it why not also no longer require reporting suicides so that rate can also go way down.

And requiring PCR tests before flying back to Japan is also a stupid money-making venture! Lots of certificates are not being checked because in the end, when there's a huge crowd of passengers lining up for the pre-immigration counter (the Covid checking area), they usually skip checking these documents to save time!

A cold does not require notification or hospitalization!

Covid is not a cold, comparatively it has much higher risks, and that is not even considering the possibility of variants. While under the pandemic vigilance is the only thing that will let people react on time to sudden increases of risk.

It may make some sense to reduce the burden to health centers, but not if that means increasing the risk of changes in the transmission or pathogenicity being happening without being noticed. Considering the change is fine, but will require careful considerations from the public health point of view.

It's a common sense comment. The response and measures should better reflect the relative mildness of the latest variants.

A cold does not require notification or hospitalization!

Exactly, very well said!

Exactly, very well said!

Since it is a deeply flawed misrepresentation made to minimize the very real risks from covid that is the opposite of something well said.
