If LDP absolutely must insist on importing cheap labor to maximize Keidanren's profits the least you can do is give these people the same rights as Japanese laborers instead of exploiting them.

Happy workers provide for a happy society but disgruntled workers will cause chaos.

Good for them that they won't put up with being exploited.
