Have said it before. It will be a kick up the butt to the army of sunken eyed and listless local youth who will have to compete with this energetic new work force. The differences will be stark and as plain as day. The mendokusai generation are about to be shaken, to the core. Win, win.

Jeff, there’s a few stories of companies starting to break the mould ( deliberate spelling miss! ) , but yes still few and far between. You follow the heard at the expense of everything. The safety in numbers method. Collectivism 101.
