Cancel the damn Olympics and spend the money on medical research.

True.

This is the kind of reality check the government needs to accept from actual professionals. What other gems await if they're allowed to speak?

No vaccine, no normalcy!!!

The more infections we have now, the less we'll have next summer...

Humanity and life has evolved and has proved very resilient against all other obstacles including war, super valcano eruptioes, ice ages, and all pandemics that came before.

We need to face the possibility that there might not be a cure for this or this virus mutates into something far more of a problem we cannot stay inside forever.

We need to take steps on our own to strengthen our immune systems with eating better and being more healthy, we need to exercise more, sleep early and wake early to better improve our biological clocks, most importantly cleaning the environment. To re-evealuate everything that we once knew and evolve to have the ability to defeat these things naturally. Naturalism should become the new normal.

Actually, life and humanity is anything but resilient. Sure, that kind of resilient talk sounds good, but 99.9% of all species that have ever lived are extinct.

I do agree that we may not find a cure or a vaccine. We have no vaccine against the common cold (rhinovirus) and many other viruses, and we can catch it again and again as there is no immunity. We may find there is no immunity with this virus.
