We're physically and mentally exhausted.

A worker at a public health center in Tokyo's Ota Ward. Workers have been left exhausted as they deal with a deluge of calls from residents about coronavirus infections and try to find hospitals to accept patients. About 20 workers at the public health center have been answering calls, which sometimes number up to 300 a day.
