Unfortunately for those affected by the nuclear blowout run by TEPCO, that is how big corporations operate: jam the legal process for as long as possible so defendants such as Ueki get so tired and worn down they quit. And corporations live longer than people.

I don't know how much more bad fortune I can wish on POS executives at companies like TEPCO, JR West (Amagasaki), etc. who never genuinely apologize nor take full responsibility for their failings and ignorance. I feel for the people involved in drawn out litigation with these remorseless a-holes.
