Isn't this just the Govt defaulting on Health insurance?

Yes, with pleasure, but how should we lay unprofessional people know which the limited resources are or how to more efficiently allocate them. We usually don’t and can’t make differences and just expect the fitting medical treatment in every case because we also all contribute to health insurance. You can’t expect from normal people that someone gets perfect cancer treatment for several millions of yen and with all available machines and apparatuses involved, but oneself should now in case of Covid stay isolated and just getting nothing while suffocating to death solely at home. That’s not acceptable at all.
