Or perhaps the vaccines should be reserved for the elderly and those with compromised immune systems. Getting sick and recovering is part of the body's process of developing and strengthening the immune system.

People aged 20 to 60 do not need a flu vaccine to begin with, unless they work in health care. The human body has the amazing ability to heal itself. We are not fragile as sugar glass.

People throw darts at a board to guess what strains of flu they'll put in vaccines that they SELL to people who don't know that populations who get the flu shot and those who do not have the same rate of flu infection.

The only thing more useless that flu shots are vitamins and supplements, reeling millions in by the boat load.

I get a flu shot every year, but I've never heard of getting two. Is that a thing?

For kids I think 2 are recommended, could be same for pensioners.

One is better than two ... and NONE is better than one! They don't work!

They don't work 100% of the time. Even if they only work 15% of the time, I'd still get one. Insurance covers it, it take 5 minutes at the pharmacy, and it lessens the chance that I'm bedridden for 10 days.
