He says the demand for online filtering services has been increasing in Japan since Islamic State militants uploaded videos of the apparent killings of 2 Japanese hostages. The footage can be viewed by anyone, including children, through such services as Twitter and YouTube. (NHK)

Well then, "anyone, including children" shouldn't search for it on YouTube etc if they don't wanna see it
