Being a bus driver in Japan pays handsomely, ask one or inquire it's a fact.

Train a few more drivers and pay them a bit more. I don't see the problem.

It's not the shortage of drivers that increased the risk, it's poor decisions by the individual drivers. If you watched the footage of the bus accident, the guy was going too fast. The bus was up on two wheels going around a curve.
