To my mind is all seems a huge over reaction on the part of Rugby Australia. He hasn't hurt anyone, he has his faith, he is not alone in that, he may have used unfortunate words/wording but .....come on

One could argue that his words are/were "hate speech" ... but also on the other hand he didn't say they were lost without hope. And he certainly didn't single out gays! You could argue his motive was actually "love" from his point of view, as in he gave them a way of escape. He didn't just blanketly comdemn them

I think its very harsh to ban him from rugby when many fellow rugby players think and believe the same thing.

Grow up! Lets be clear, we will never be in 100% agreement on everything with everyone. Lets get on with live. I mean ... he was happy to play with everyone ... he refused to play etc

I know most people do not agree with his post and thats OK, I probably wouldnt agree with your either. Why make a big thing about it?

How come the drunks, adulterers, and liars didn't get as upset as the homosexuals.?

The usual over reaction from the LGBT community. And a misunderstanding of religious belief.

If I were to chat with Israel Folau and talked about my lifestyle, he would probably say that I would burn in hell, yet I wouldn't take it as a slant against me personally. In fact I would understand his personal religious belief.

Israel Folau's comments included plenty of others who would burn in hell, it's a religious belief, yet it's always the LGBT community who get so upset.
