This is a bit cheeky of Erasmus given the brutal assault by Snyman on Retallic in the RC

Compared with most sports Rugby refs seem to get their yellow and red cards correct. The only issue in Rugby is that it is easy for a referees 'style' to favour one team over another (quick release timing, offsides, scrum etc)

I would like to see a new rule where captains cannot constantly chat away at a referee all game long obviously trying to influence. Note Alun Wynn Jones.
