Arrogance and a big mouth have always been Jones' problem. I hope the cherry blossoms gave him a few skid marks

What the article does not say is that in the first half England lacked cohesion, and their discipline was appalling, giving away penalty after penalty. After half time they went back to basics, which is what made a lot of the difference. Which in no way detracts from the fast inventive rugby the Japanese team played. They have improved vastly since I last saw them and while they rank eleventh in the world now I suspect they will soon move higher.
