Picture looks like surfing is very bad for the body, such a twist for the fun.

What? Twists are very healthy for your body, they increase flexibility, and have positive effects on the internal organs as well, increasing digestion, improving digestion, and loosening tension in the muscles aroudn the spine.

And on that note, surfing is very good for the body. It increases core strength, leg strength, and upper body strength.
