Disappointing result for Australia.
First home game in nearly two years, & a goalless draw
Fighto!
Where are all the Moriyasu critics now? Gone awfully quiet. He is managing Samurai Blue brilliantly, another great win.

Granted, a win is a win but 1-0 at home against Vietnam isn't very impressive. More work needs to be done at this point of time.

My bad, it was 1-0 away at Vietnam, ok now that's not too bad, but I still stand by my belief that there are still some rough edges that need to be smoothened going into next year's WC.

Disappointing draw for your boys, sport.
Asian football is at one of its lowest points in the last 20 years. Hard to see any of Asian teams getting out of the group stages of the World Cup finals.
I think it’s more a case of lack of quality.

The dog’s dinner kits have made a comeback in recent years.
I thought and hoped they’d been thrown into room 101.

A great win? Try lucky win. Japan's performance was like watching a high school match.

Exactly.
Media hype alone doesn't win games.

@Tom Doleyit wasn't a great win at all, yes but in no way that's a lucky win. Moriyasu is terrible in managing the team even then, there was absolutely no way Japan was gonna lose to Vietnam.

Well played Samurai Blue. Congrats to goal scorer scorer Junya Ito.
